Extended Care Information

            Before and after school care is available for children enrolled in Trinity Lutheran School from 6:30 a.m. to the start of the school day (if you do not need care for your child before 7:45 a.m., there will be no charge for the early morning session) and from the end of the school day until 6:00 p.m.  The program will be open every full day that school is in session and most half days.  When the entire school is closed all day, extended care is closed all day (unless otherwise noted on the yearly calendar or weekly newsletter).

            Service is customarily rendered on a 10-month/5 day a week priority basis; however, allowances are made for individual schedules.  Fees are paid in monthly installments, using SMART tuition, from August to May. You will see a line item on your SMART account that says fee extended care. Please call the school office if you do not have this fee on your account.

            For those of you who have already registered for Extended Care for the 2011/2012 school year, you will receive your Extended Care Handbook on School Preparedness Day.
